How do I modify or cancel my order once I placed it?

Please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We be able to assist you with the corrections.

What do I do if I gave the incorrect shipping address or refused delivery by mistake?

In the event that you provides us with an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it’s returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to us, we will contact you to validate information. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

What is your holiday policy?

During the holiday season, any purchase done from November 15th till can be returned by/before January 6th 2025.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Bugatti Collections promotion email you’ve received. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by email and one of our Customer Care representatives will unsubscribe you from our email list.

What do I do with the free gift I receive with my purchase if I decide to return the product?

If your order included a free gift with purchase, you MUST also return this item when returning your order. If you fail to return your free item, it’s retail value will be deducted from your refund. As with all product returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I request a price adjustment?

Price adjustments can be made within 7 days of purchase as long as the original receipt is provided, and the items weren’t purchased on clearance. Clearance items are not eligible for price adjustments.

Where is the key for the TSA Lock?

In the USA there is an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, called the Transportation Security Administration (or TSA). When travelling to or from the USA, the TSA screening agents might do a security check of your belongings (with or without you). If they need to search your bag, and you do not have a TSA lock, they may have to cut your lock (rendering it useless), or they might have to cut into the fabric of your case. TSA-approved locks have a keyhole that all TSA agents have a “master key” for, that will allow them to lock, and re-lock your bag without damaging your case or your lock!

What are the airlines requirements for a carry-on?

Each airline comes up with their own restrictions on size, weight, and number of items allowed in the cabin. Most airlines will accept 22 x 14 x 9 inches.
